Responsibilities

At Vinso, we are looking for a Laboratory Test Engineer. As an engineer, you will be responsible for performing all related tasks of testing standards and test boards to satisfy our customers’ needs.

• Meet test objectives by planning, determining testing methods, selecting testing equipment
• Perform test board, methods, and standards in a professional and safe manner, ensure that tests are carried out in accordance with client’s orders and test procedure and requirement
• Develop test report templates, instruct lab technician to accurately use testing standards and methods, ensure the authenticity and reliability of test data and control it
• Control Test Incident Reports and/or Technical Reports, align with SOPs of Risk identification and prevention
• Analyze failed errors and consult customers
• Prepare the final test report issuance
• Support to improve the test systems 
• Support MG to control the test equipment
• Aggregate and report the calibration of equipment
• Responsible for managing and maintaining testing tools and equipment in the laboratory
• Follow up strictly on laboratory regulations
• Control and train assigned laboratory technicians to satisfy test ability requirements

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
• Graduated from University or college in technical major (Mechanical, Electronic, Automotive)
• Experience in ISO management, QA, QC, technical & testing field
• Proficient in MS office, technical software such as PLC, AutoCAD
• Knowlege about ISO17025, Test standards/ test methods
• Understand clearly Laboratory capacities
• Knowledge of international standards and regulations (ISO, IEC)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure with focus on accuracy
