Responsibilities

At Vinso, we are looking for a Business Development Specialist. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be fully responsible for the company’s projects with customers and drive our business development successfully by developing and implementing a comprehensive international sale-marketing strategy. You will also play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities within this dynamic sector. This position requires broaden networking, industry immersion, and the ability to represent our company effectively at various events and forums.

  • Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the automotive and electronics engineering industry.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, primarily through networking events, industry forums, and chambers of commerce organizations that we are a member of.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to understand project requirements and effectively hand over converted leads for further development.
  • Reengage with clients after the internal engineering team has completed projects or recommended additional services, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction, and exploring potential upselling opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new avenues for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our company's capabilities and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project statuses using CRM software.
  • You will report to our assigned Manager and maintain a working relationship to ensure our company goals are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, preferably working in automotive & electronics field.
  • Knowledge of business models and the ability to set targets for each block is preferred.
  • Professional manner.
  • Proficient at training and developing teams and master planning.
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in the automotive or electronics engineering sector, with a strong focus on new business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to immerse oneself in the automotive and electronics engineering industry, attend industry events, and actively engage with industry stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is highly desirable.
