Job brief

At Vinso, we are looking for a General Accountant.

As General Accountant you will be responsible for all
accounting transactions, funtions and its system.

It includes but not limited to collecting, consolidating, recording and making statistics in a general way of
numbers, data, information on accounts, accounting books; profit & loss and financial report periodically.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, consolidate, proceed accounting data related to economic activities arising in a period of time such as payment, receipts, invoices. Afterwards, do check the validity, legality of all supporting documents and perform booking/ inputing to software.
  • Bookkeeping expenses, revenue, depreciation, receivables and payables, fixed assets, tools and instruments
  • Perform Tax Returns submission & Finalization Report (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT)
  • Prepare general ledgers, cashbook, financial reports and all accounting books that required from government
  • Prepare internal management reports as per request
  • Archive, arrange, preserve all documents in accordance with local standards
  • Monitor and managing payables and receivables account. Propose provisions plan or resolve provision for bad receivables.
  • Provide equadate and precise reports to Director as per request and take responsible for explaination about the situation to Tax Officer, propose solution when necessary.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting
  • Have at least 3 years of work experience in the same position, a run of technical field is a plus
  • Have good knowledge at local regulations in terms of Taxes, Social Insurance and related Law
  • Skilled at  Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, accounting software
  • Have ability to work under pressure and carefully
  • Act transparent, loyal and have strong sense of perfoming precisely with respect to numbers
  • Good at written and able to communicate in English is a plus

Job brief

At Vinso, we are looking for a Materials Compliance Engineer.

As Material Compliance Engineer, you will be responsible for attaining product and materials compliance by
preventing compliance issues; developing and executing compliance programs; completing documentation and recommending process changes.

The primary responsibility of the Material Compliance Engineer is to ensure compliance for all materials,
component part used in related industry (automotive, textile, medicine...etc.) with respect to international
environmental standard or regulations.

The position requires you to have a general knowledge of related industry and to be well-versed in the International Material Data System (IMDS), chemistry/material science and engineering and
environmental regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to collect, maintain and analyze material data of all component parts and materials in related industry.
  • Coordinate with supplier from nomination for receiving IMDS data submission.
  • Coordinate with internal client departments (design, supplier quality, manufacturing…) or client’s supplier for various IMDS issues.
  • Verify/Validate incoming IMDS data from client’s suppliers to ensure the data are accurate, complete and complied with client’s guideline, environmental standard/regulation.
  • Control and report to client’s project management the main KPIs about IMDS data completion
  • Maintain a centralized point-of-contact for all IMDS-related issues.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Material Engineering
  • Having work experience in related industry is a plus
  • Have good knowledge or experience with International Material Data System and material compliance regulation such as GADSL, REACH,  ROHS…etc. is a plus

As a test engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing the product features, designing test parameters,
creating customized quality checks, and writing up final test procedures for the quality technicians.

To ensure success as a test engineer, you should have
in-depth knowledge of engineering and product design, a good eye for detail, and the ability to think out of the box.

Ultimately, a top-level test engineer can create
simple yet thorough quality-check procedures to ensure the peak performance of a product.

Responsibilities
  • Meet test objectives by determining testing methods and selecting testing equipment. Ensure customer test criteria is correctly interpreted and applied. Interpret and apply applicable test standards
  • Perform all test items according to international standards or buyer specific within the time schedule
  • Prepare test plan, worksheet, review test results and Report test results by collecting, analyzing, interpreting and summarizing data
  • Prepare accurate Test Reports, Test Incident Reports and/or Technical Reports, to the appropriate standards and/or procedures
  • Investigate and resolve testing problems, report and explain deviations and failures
  • Develop test strategies and test plans to verify standards, compatibility, functionality, performance and reliability
  • Participate in and promote process improvements. Participate in creating and evaluating new product test requirements and test strategies
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and respond promptly to their inquiries

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Engineer Degree in a technical discipline (E/E, Mechanical, Material,…)

  • Advanced engineering knowledge, understanding of testing requirements, manufacturing processes, drawings and standards
  • Excellent communication skills, to relay complex scientific and technical information in a clear, concise, and understandable manner, verbally and in technical writing
  • Knowledge of international standard (ISO, IEC,…) and international regulation
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
